I haven't Cg'ed in a long time. I saw this drawing by Jinnybear and I couldn't wait for it to be coloured so I did it myself! LOL It reminds me of an Anime-version of Little Mermaid mainly because of the colours I chose.

I read Arnold Tsang's painting tutorial today so I was in the mood to colour something : ) I hope you guys like it cuz I had a fun time doing this one.
